My name is Munowa Ayub, and I am an adventure and wildlife enthusiast. I found solace and joy in nature’s embrace from a young age. Whether it was the gentle rustle of leaves in the wind or the awe-inspiring sight of majestic animals in their natural habitat, the wonders of the natural world captivated me. These experiences ignited a deep passion and set me on a path to become a nature tour guide dedicated to sharing the magic of Uganda and East Africa’s wilderness with others.
With over 12 years of experience, I have acquired the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional guiding services to different age groups. I hold a national tourist guide license with the distinguished number DIT No. UVQF/935/01/TG/0622/116, signifying my commitment to professionalism and expertise. Through extensive training from University to workshops, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the geography, history, culture and wildlife that make East Africa a remarkable destination.
Throughout my journey, I have embraced opportunities for growth and learning at all times. As an Uganda Safari Guide Association member, Uganda tour guides forum, Avian Conservation Uganda, I actively collaborate with fellow guides to exchange insights and stay up-to-date with industry trends and updates. My engagement with the Avian Conservation community and other guide groups in East Africa has also deepened my understanding of the region’s diverse ecosystems and avian species. This continuous quest for knowledge allows me to provide enriching and informative client experiences.
